A: Yes, all tourists traveling have to carry photo identification proof in the form of driving license, election ID card, PAN card, passport and for students their school / college ID card. In addition, at certain sightseeing places in India any Identity proof (except PAN card).
A: Normally, the number of group size varies depending on the destination and occasion planned. Starting from 2-3 to average group size 10-12 and big group size will be in the range of 30 to 50
A: Definitely, you can extend your stay with prior intimation of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
A: We cannot not make any last moment changesof the journey nor date of the tour, however in case of force majeure events; circumstances make us to change the routing or date of the tour, as the case may be, just for your safety.
A: You can modify your booking or travel plan. There may be certain charges for modifications or for cancelling the old booking and making new arrangements. The staff at our offices can assist you for the same.
A: We can provide the LTC, provided to prior intimation to us about your need at the time of booking the tour.

A: If whole amount is paid during booking before 15 days of travels, you will be considered for concessions/ discounts. Though it is not compulsory, you can pay partial advance amount and pay the balance later.
A: The tour package includes only travelling cost of the vehicle, parking charges and toll charges. The tour package price is exclusive of your accommodation, all food, sightseeing, entrance charges, guide services, etc
A: Clients can get an advance-booking discount for all tours on paying full advance amount at the time of booking. Discounts are given on first cum first serve basis. They are valid for limited seats, limited period, and limited tours.
A: We do have discount for repeat clients and senior citizen. The travel consultant will provide the details when you book the tour.
A: Walking is required at Sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports, however the same will be timely explained by the Group Leader.
A: Yes, you do get telephonic wakeup call through the driver, however it is advisable to have your mobile alarms set to be on the safer side.
A: Individual assistance cannot be provided. We advise/ request you to have a capable companion accompanying the guest who needs such special assistance.
A: We cannot provide such facilities. We advise/ request you to bring your own wheel chair and move at most of the sightseeing places but a capable companion must accompany guest who are traveling on wheelchair.
A: We provide drinking water at the start of the journey.
A: Yes, your friend/ family members are always welcome. S/he can join us on tour subject to your indication to us at the time of your booking and payment of prescribed charges to make him / her entitled to join our tour and avail our services on tour.
A: Our Driver/ Guidecan suggest and provide information about the shopping areas;however, s/he will not propose/endorse / recommend/ promote any particular shop, area etc. to you.
A: Please inform immediately to the Tour Coordinator/ Guide, if you fall sick on tour. The Group Leaderwill help you in making all arrangements for the medical aid, doctor on call etc. But, the expenses will have to be borne by you. Here, Insurance plays a major role hence we highly recommend that you should get yourself and your family insured adequately before travel.
A: In case of cancellation of your tour by us, you will get the refund of actual amount paid by you. However, if you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the mentioned cancellation and refund policy of Shraddha Cabs.
A; Yes, your refund amount is transferable to other tours. In case, if you want your refund amount to be transferred to that your friends or relatives tour, we will need an Authority Letter duly signed from you.
A: If your request matches the our Refund policy, it takes 7-8 working days to process refunds, once the guest agrees on refund amount.
A: Ideally, the refund amount is credited using the same mode of payment that you had used to book the tour, the only exception in this case is if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, the mode of payment for refund will be 'Account Payee' Cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on Credit Card payments, which is non-refundable.
