General Terms & Conditions:
- Clients will get the booking confirmation on their registered mobile number.
- Smoking, Consumption of alcoholic drinks and other narcotic substances in the Vehicle is prohibited.
- Rental rates will be charged with the car rental office as the start and end point.
- Rents are calculated on 24-hour basis starting from the starttime. 20% is added on the price for each extra kilometer than permitted limit.
- Actual Distance will be taken for final calculation.
- The package includes only travelling cost of the vehicle, parking charges and toll charges. The tour package price is exclusive of your accommodation, all food, sightseeing, entrance charges, guide services, etc
- Vehicleis subjected to availability. However if the booked vehicle is not available at the time of journey, equivalent vehicle will be arranged in the similar segment.
- Discounts shown are only for indicative purpose, actual amount of discounts and savings offered depends on actual travel & facts.
- Shraddha Cabs cannot be held answerable or accountable for any loss due to any delay, consequential loss caused due to traffic jams, or reasons beyond or control.
- Shraddha Cabs cannot be held accountable or responsible for any damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
- The final charges are exclusive of service tax
